• There is so much going on right now, so I wanted to take a moment and let you know about a few very positive developments which will be fortuitous for the company.
• You may have noticed in the latest Quarterly financials that there are outstanding debts with two banks.
  • With regards to the first bank, which you can read in Item V. of the Quarterly Filings:
• Item V. Legal Proceedings:
• The Company is a defendant in a lawsuit entitled Bank of America v. Blast Applications, Inc. The lawsuit is for collection of approximately $117,329 of indebtedness due to Bank of America. The case is in its initial stages and the Company intends on defending this matter vigorously.

• We have been working diligently to settle this debt “out-of-court”, and Bank of America has recently agreed to our terms of reducing the debt from $117,329 to $40,800, which will be paid in monthly instalments over the next 2 years.

• With regards to the second bank, also in Item V. of the Quarterly filings:
• Item V. Legal Proceedings:
• The Company is a defendant in a lawsuit entitled State Bank of Long Island v. Blast Applications, Inc. The lawsuit is for collection of approximately $5,694 of indebtedness due to State Bank of Long Island related to a lease for office furniture. The case is in its initial stages and the Company intends on defending this matter vigorously.

• After working with the other party out-of-court, this debt will be settled for $3,500, in 14 monthly instalments.

• As you can see, we are working diligently to improve the bottom line for our shareholders.
• We are also seeing a snowball effect of new inquiries from prospective clients. Word is getting out, and companies are contacting us to ask about our Marketing and Advertising in the App-World.
• We are in talks with several companies right now, including global companies, and hope to sign agreements within the next few weeks. We are always looking for revenue-sharing agreements, and find that the clients are more than willing to negotiate this with us.
• Our ability to point the inquiring companies to our success in live, actual SEO success is integral in our expansion.
• As we have now turned the corner, and expect growth to be a constant in our future, we would like to thank our faithful shareholders for their trust in us.

Last year’s financials were higher than the previous year, and it looks like we are on target to repeat the same performance - after only 2 quarters, BLAP has generated 78% of the revenues generated for the entire year in 2011.

The rate of growth is due to our satisfied clients and users. Not only have we added to the amount of clients, but we have also seen a steadily increasing number of downloads, as well as a growing interest in our Apps.

The Candobetter App, for example, presently has over 400,000 downloads from Verizon, Handster, Nokia and Blackberry. We have completed our partnership with www.lean28.com and have launched its website. This partnership is very exciting, as we are now entering into a global market which could  increase our revenues more than we expected.

GolflixPro  is an App to be very proud of - incredible feedbacks and FIVE-STAR ratings in the Apple platform.

The Petcakes game App, for the enjoyment of the little ones, will be soon be updated to a  brand-new version in the upcoming  weeks, appealing to a larger range of ages.
